1 / Cleaning Crew Lead (Full/Part Time)

Summary:

The Cleaning Crew Lead is responsible for leading and supervising a team of cleaning professionals in the daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities. The Cleaning Crew Lead will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards and procedures. The Cleaning Crew Lead will also be responsible for training and developing new cleaning team members, and for ensuring that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaning professionals

  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

  • Train and develop new cleaning team members

  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained

  • Follow all company safety and security procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects

  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions

2 / Cleaning Crew Member (Full/Part Time)

Summary:

The Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities. The Cleaning Crew Member will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned facilities, including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, and equipment

  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins

  • Clean restrooms

  • Dust and polish surfaces

  • Mop and sweep floors

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Clean windows

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0-1 years of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects

3 / Business Development Partner

Summary:

The Business Development Partner is responsible for developing and executing new business opportunities for the company. The Business Development Partner will work closely with the CEO to identify and qualify potential customers, and will then develop and present proposals to these customers. The Business Development Partner will also be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, and will work with the customer to ensure that their needs are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business opportunities for the company

  • Work closely with the CEO to identify and qualify potential customers

  • Develop and present proposals to potential customers

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish

  • Work with customers to ensure that their needs are met

  • Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in business development

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to travel as needed

Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for the company. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, and will also be responsible for creating and managing marketing materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the company

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content

  • Research and analyze market data to identify new marketing opportunities

  • Track and report on marketing performance

  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices

  • Attend industry events and conferences

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing

  • Strong marketing and communication skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to use a variety of marketing software

  • Ability to travel as needed
